ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday directed the Balochistan government to submit details of illegally appointed employees in the province. A three-member bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, heard the case. During the proceedings, the chief justice asked the Balochistan advocate general why had the provincial government failed to submit the original record of employees. The AG replied that the court had not issued any order regarding submission of the original record. Justice Azmat Saeed remarked that people who had not even applied for the job had been appointed. The court sought original record of all such employees and adjourned the hearing till the last week of December.
